Christmas cards and wall panels in WATER COLOURS!

AGE: 5 to 12 years old
Material & light snack included

Water colouring is a MASTER medium. It gives us freedom to create textures and immediate results. For emergent learners ,it gives freedom to experience various ways to paint. In this 4 weeks course , participants will learn to create Christmas  greeting cards . They will also paint wall panel to present your loved ones.

Christmas bauble clay ornaments:

In this crafty workshop, kids will make bauble Christmas ornaments with air dry clay. In this session kids will learn to create different textures on clay by experimenting with natural and unnatural objects. This is a fantastic chance to dig little hands in clay and explore.

VAN GOUGH AND THE SEASONS:
 

Age: 5 to 12years

Date: FEBURARY 6TH (Sunday) to 20th FEB

Time: 11:15 am to 12:45pm

Cost: $35 per session (SNACK is included)

This fun and learning based art workshop will involve the reproduction of Van Gough’s master pieces and kids will learn his painting techniques. The major painting technique they will be applying is the PALLETE KNIFE to create VANGOUGH’s series of season paintings. It will help them to develop interest in art history and appreciation. It is a great learning opportunity. Afternoon light snacks will be provided to ensure there are no empty stomachs.

 

Course outline:

Week1:

  • a brief introduction about Van Gough and his style of painting.

  • Practical application of strokes and use of pallet knife on canvas

Week 2:

  • Reproduction of  “wheat field”

 

 Week 3:

  • Reproduction of “field on winter”

​

Knowledge required: No skills required, suitable for everyone.

 

What you will get:

  • Learn about the life history of Van Gough

  •  paintings inspired by his seasonal painting series.

 

What to bring:

Nothing! Just bring your beautiful faces with big smiles.
